Krovinių vežimo tarp ES ir NVS šalių kokybės problemų tyrimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas krovinių srauto iš Europos Sąjungos (ES) į Nepriklausomų valstybių sandraugą (NVS) šalis kelių transportu problemos bei jas sukeliančios priežastys. Analitinėje-teorinėje dalyje pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė, analizuojama ir vertinama dabartinė krovinių srauto iš ES į NVS situacija ekonominiu, politiniu-teisiniu aspektais. Tiriamojoje dalyje atliekamas kompleksinis tyrimas, siekiant išsiaiškinti pagrindines krovinių vežimų iš ES į NVS šalis problemas, jas sukeliančias priežastis. Padaroma išvada, kad krovinių vežimą iš ES į NVS šalis labiausiai apsunkina netvarkingi dokumentai, dėl to susidaro didelės eilės pasienyje, todėl įmonėms rekomenduojamas modelis, nusakantis, kaip juda dokumentai visoje vežimo grandinėje. Siūloma visus duomenis, dokumentus muitinės tarpininkams išsiųsti elektroniniu būdu į muitinės pasienio postą, kad vyktų sklandesnis ir greitesnis krovinių bei dokumentų patikrinimas. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos baigiamojo magistro darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, tyrimo objektas ir problemos aptarimas, esamos padėties analizė ir problemos formulavimas, krovinių vežimo reikalavimai, tiriamoji dalis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai. In the Master Degree Thesis there is analyzed the issues of them stream of the loads transportation from Europe Union (EU) to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the reasons causing them. In the analytical theoretical part there is presented the analysis of scientific literature, there is analyzed and estimated the situation of the stream of the loads from EU to NVS by the current economical, political - legal aspects. In the research part there is conducted a comprehensive study on purpose to find out the main reasons of cargos transportation from EU to NVS countries and the reasons causing them. There is concluded that the loads transportation from EU to NVS countries are aggravated by irregular documents resulting in with large queues at the borders. This is the reason why companies are advised to use a model that describes how documents are moving along all the transportation chain. There is advised to send all the information and the documents related with the load by email to the customs to improve the smooth and faster verification of the documents. The conclusions and suggestions are provided at the end of the Master Degree Thesis. The structure of the thesis: introduction, the object of research and discussion of the problem, the analysis of the current situation and the formulation of the problem, the requirements for loads transportation, research part, conclusions and suggestions, sources of the literature, appendixes. The volume of the paper: 63 pages without appendixes, 11 illustrations, 52 references. The appendixes are attached separately.
