Baigiamajame darbe analizuojama kultūros ir benduomenės pastatų svarba ir įtaka visuose žmogaus kasdienio gyvenimo etapuose. The thesis analyzes the importance and influence of cultural and community buildings in all stages of human daily life. This kind of architecture not only brings a person closer to art or a creator to the desire to create, but also brings together and brings together the community itself. The building itself is as important as the art it displays or the performances it hosts. The unique and exceptional architecture makes it possible to perceive the building as a center of attraction, it becomes a landmark that helps to orientate both physically and emotionally. In this way, the building inspires creators, and allows visitors to get into the exhibits faster and easier. For this purpose, an artistic study is carried out, which tries to discover organic and plastic forms that are common or characteristic of the area and community, influencing the shape of the building. The chosen plot in the center of the village of Svencelė is empty like the surroundings, but intensive development means that the surrounding plots will soon be full of life and modern architecture.
