Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamos parengtų automobilių kelių techninių projektų bendrosios ekspertizės ir jose ekspertų pateikti norminių dokumentų neatitikimai. Darbe nagrinėjama parengtų projektų kokybė ir jų įtaka pačiam keliui, kaip statiniui. Išskiriamos klaidų rūšys, vertinamas jų sudėtingumas ir atsiradimo priežastys. Apžvelgiama teisinė dokumentacija, reglamentuojanti projektavimą ir projektų ekspertizės atlikimo tvarką. Įvertinamas projektavusios įmonės kokybės vadybos sistemos vaidmuo projektavimo procese. Pateikiami siūlymai kelių kokybei pagerinti.Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos bendrosios išvados ir rekomendacijos.Darbo apimtis - 80 p. teksto, 30 iliustracijų, 10 lentelių.
The final master thesis analyses the general expert examinations of developed road technical designs and discrepancies of normative documents pointed out by experts. The work analyses the quality of developed designs and their effect on the road, as a structure. It points out the types of errors, evaluates their complexity level and reasons of occurrence. It presents an overview of technical documents governing the design and the procedures of expert examination of designs. The work evaluates the role of quality management system of the engineering company in the design process. It presents recommendations for the improvement of road quality.General conclusions and recommendations are presented at the end of the work. Scope of work - 80 pages of text, 30 figures, 10 tables.
