Daugiabučių namų modernizavimas: naudos ir problemų analizė

Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama daugiabučių gyvenamųjų namų modernizacijos nauda, problemos, jų sprendimo būdai. Apžvelgiama valstybės institucijų žingsniai bei gyventojų galimybės siekiant sumažinti energijos sąnaudas. Taip pat išnagrinėta organizacijų, kurių tikslas rūpintis gyvenamojo būsto problemomis. Atliktos dvi gyventojų apklausos. Pirmuoju tyrimu siekiama išsiaiškinti, kiek ir ką gyventojai žino apie atnaujinimo galimybes. Antruoju tyrimu siekta atskleisti, ar gyventojai, kurių name jau atlikta modernizacija, patenkinti atliktais darbais, jų kokybe, sumažėjusiom kainom už šilumos energiją.Išnagrinėjus literatūros apžvalgą, atlikus tyrimus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: 1. Literatūros analizė daugiabučių namų modernizavimo klausimais; 2. LR bei ES organizuojami projektai bei modernizavimo galimybės užsienio šalyse; 3. Modernizacijos metu atliekami darbai; 4. Vilniaus miesto daugiabučių namų gyventojų nuomonės tyrimas dėl modernizacijos programos vertinimo; 5. Modernizacijos nauda ir problemos. SWOT analizė.Darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados ir siūlymai.Darbo apimtis: 67 psl.
This final work for the master's degree deals with the analysis of multi-apartment houses' modernisation benefits, problems and their solution methods. Undertakings of State institutions are reviewed and opportunities of inhabitants concerning the reduction of energy consumption are considered. Also problems of agencies taking care of dwelling-houses are discussed. Two public opinion polls have been carried out. The first poll was intended for finding out how many inhabitants know about the opportunities of house renovation, and how much they know about this subject. The second public opinion poll discovered whether inhabitants, whose houses have been already modernised, are satisfied with the work done, with the quality and shrunken costs for heating energy consumption.After the reference literature studies and research analyses, conclusions and proposals have been presented in the work. The final work for the master's degree consists of 5 parts: 1. Analysis of literature related to the modernisation of multi-apartment dwelling-houses; 2. Projects under implementation in the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union and modernisation opportunities in other countries; 3. Operations performed in the course of modernisation; 4. Public opinion polls of inhabitants of multi-apartment houses regarding the modernisation programme; 5. Benefits and problems of modernisation, SWOT analysis. Conclusions and proposals are presented at the end of the final work for master's degree. The size of the work: 67 pages.
