Elektromobilių naudojimo Lietuvoje perspektyvų tyrimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe tiriamos elektromobilių naudojimo Lietuvoje perspektyvos. Suformuluotas tyrimo tikslas ir iškelti tyrimo uždaviniai. Atlikta Lietuvos ir užsienio valstybių autorių mokslo publikacijų apžvalga elektromobilių perspektyvų ir plėtros tema. Atlikta Europos Sąjungos politikos, modernizuojant ateities transportą, analizė. Aprašytas elektromobilių atsiradimas ir jų plėtra. Aptarti prognozuojami pokyčiai automobilių ir kitose srityse plėtojantis elektromobiliams. Atlikta elektromobilių plėtros skatinimo įvairiose pasaulio šalyse apžvalga, aptartos galimos skatinimo priemonės Lietuvoje. Parinkta tyrimo atlikimo metodika, aprašyta darbo eiga. Atlikus respondentų apklausą gauti įvertinimai, kuriais remiantis nustatyti svarbiausi kriterijai. Respondentų nuomonių patikimumas išreikštas konkordancijos koeficientu. Ekspertų nuomonių suderinamumui įvertinti apskaičiuotas konkordancijos koeficiento reikšmingumas. Nubraižyti anketoje minimų priemonių ir kriterijų išsidėstymo pagal reikšmingumą grafikai. Matematiškai apdorojus tyrimo metu gautus rezultatus, pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro 11 dalių: įvadas; literatūros apžvalga; Europos Sąjungos politikos, modernizuojant ateities transportą, analizė; elektromobilių atsiradimas ir plėtra; prognozuojami pokyčiai automobilių ir kitose srityse atsiradus elektromobiliams; elektromobilių plėtros skatinimas; duomenų kaupimas ir matematinis apdorojimas; elektromobilių naudojimo Lietuvoje perspektyvų tyrimas; išvados ir pasiūlymai; literatūra ir kiti šaltiniai; priedai. Darbo apimtis - 73 p. teksto be priedų, 11 iliustr., 4 lent., 20 bibliografinių šaltinių. Priedai pateikti darbo pabaigoje.
The Master Thesis investigates the prospective of electromobiles in Lithuania. The aim of the research and tasks were formulated. The analysis of Lithuanian and foreign authors scientific publications related to this topic and the Europe Union politics in order to renew the future transport were performed. The rise and development of the electromobiles were described. Forecast changes in automotive and the other areas because of electromobiles development were discussed. A review of the promotion of electromobiles development in different parts of the world was performed. Promotion possibilities in Lithuania were discussed. Research method was chosen and the work process was described. On the basis of the survey the main criteria were identified. The reliability of the experts' opinion was expressed on the concordance correlation coefficient. The compatibility of the experts' opinion was expressed on the importance of the concordance correlation coefficient. Diagrams of the criteria mentioned in the survey were made. After the mathematical treat, conclusions and proposals were composed. The work consists of 11 parts: introduction; the analysis of the Europe Union politics in order to renew the future transport; the rise and development of the electromobiles; forecast changes in automotive and the other areas because of electromobiles development; promotion of electromobiles development; data collection and mathematical treatment; the investigation of electromobiles prospective in Lithuania; conclusions and proposals; references; appendixes.
