Šventosios, kaip naujojo Baltijos jūros uosto, urbanistiniai plėtros sprendiniai

Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamos Šventosios jūrų uosto atstatymo problemos ir jų įtaka Šventosios gyvenvietės nekilnojamojo turto rinkai. Atlikta antrojo Lietuvos jūrų uosto vietos parinkimo analizė, įvardijamos jam priskiriamos funkcijos, pateikti kitų Baltijos šalių mažųjų uostų pavyzdžiai. Išanalizuoti Klaipėdos apskrities ir Palangos miesto Bendrųjų planų koncepcijos ir siūlymai, numatantys Šventosios gyvenvietės plėtrą ir uosto statybos įtaką jai. Pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro dalys: įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 70 p. teksto be priedų, 2 lentelės, 16 paveikslų, 30 literatūros šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami 4 darbo priedai.
In the Master's final theses the problems of the reconstruction of Šventoji seaport and their influence to the market of real estate are examined. The analysis of the location for the second Lithuanian seaport is discussed, the possible functions for the new seaport are proposed. The examples of the neigbour countries small seaport are given. The conception and proposals, which suppose the development of Šventoji, of Klaipėda county and Palanga town general plans are analysed. The conclutions of the faced problems are given.Master's final theses consist: introduction, 3 chapters, conclutions, literature list.Total amount of Master's final theses: 70 pages of text without annexes, 2 tables, 16 pictures, 30 literature sources.4 annexes are given additionaly.
