Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojama Lietuvos ir užsienio statybos viešųjų pirkimų praktika. Išnagrinėti pagrindiniai faktoriai, kurie nulemia sėkmingą viešųjų statybos darbų konkursų ir sutarties įvykdymo rezultatą. Pateikti pasiūlymų vertinimo kriterijai, išanalizuotas jų efektyvumas. Išnagrinėti statybos darbų pirkimo metodai. Pateiktas viešosios ir privačios partnerystės projektas, nustatytas rizikos pasidalijimas. Išnagrinėjus viešųjų pirkimų pavyzdžius, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 65 p. 6 lentelės, 3 paveikslai, 33 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
In this Master's Thesis the public procurement procedures application for construction projectsWere being studied and also experience in this field from other countries were compared. The major factors of successful construction project tenders and implementation of those were analyzed. Construction projects tender evaluation criteria were analyzed and the effectiveness of selected criteria was assessed. Also this paper explores the methods of public procurement of construction contracts; advantages of the design-build contacts procurement were emphasized. The overlook of the case study of a partnership between public and private sectors to implement the construction project presented, sharing of the risks and threads in case of such combination. After all the revisions of the examples for public procurement of a construction works conclusions and proposals for improvements presented. The content consists of 6 chapters: Introduction, 3 separate chapters, conclusions and proposals, Lists of references.The volume is - 65 pages, 6 tables, 3 pictures, 33 list of references
