Baigiamajame magistro darbe kuriamas vidinės komunikacijos modelis diegiant inovacijas bankininkystės sektoriuje.Darbo tikslas - parengti vidinės komunikacijos modelį, diegiant inovacijas, bankininkystės sektoriuje.Darbo metu buvo taikomas literatūros teorinių aspektų analizės metodas, kuris įgalina pristatyti pagrindines darbe naudojamas sampratas ir sąvokas. Siekta teoriškai pagrįsti bankininkystės sektoriaus vidinės komunikacijos aspektus, inovacijų diegimo metu. Teorinėms žinioms praplėsti taikyti kiekybiniai ir kokybiniai tyrimo metodai: anketinė apklausa, atvejo analizė, interviu. Išnagrinėjus teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinio tyrimo analizę, mokslinėje diskusijoje buvo sukurtas vidinės komunikacijos modelis diegiant inovacijas bankų sektoriuje.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, teorinių aspektų analizė, empirinė dalis, mokslinė diskusija, išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 59 puslapiai be priedų, 20 iliustracijų, 8 lentelės, 52 moksliniai šaltiniai.
In the final Master Thesis, a model of internal communication via innovations in the banking sector, is created.The aim of the Thesis is to prepare a model of internal communication, introducing innovations, in the banking sector. The method of analysis of the theoretical aspects of the literature was applied, which enables the presentation of the main concepts used in the work. The theoretical part aims to theoretically substantiate the internal communication aspects of the banking sector during the implementation of innovations. Quantitative and qualitative research methods are used to expand theoretical knowledge: questionnaire survey, case analysis, interview.After the analysis of the theoretical aspects and the analysis of the empirical research, a model of internal communication when introducing innovations in the banking sector, was developed in the scientific discussion.Master Thesis consists of 6 parts: introduction, analysis of theoretical aspects, empirical part, scientific discussion, conclusions and recommendations, list of literature.Thesis consists 59 pages without appendices, 20 illustrations, 8 tables, 52 scientific sources.
