Pastatų konstrukcijų daugiatikslis vertinimas
Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas yra išnagrinėti daugiakriterio vertinimo pritaikomumą projektavimo stadijoje renkantis pastato konstrukcijas, vertinimo būtinumą ir tikslus, užsienio šalių patirtį šioje srityje. Šiame darbe yra nagrinėjami pagrindiniai kriterijai, kuriais remiantis vertinamos pastato konstrukcinės alternatyvos, taip pat nagrinėjama aukštybinių pastatų specifika. Darbe naudoti du daugiakriterio vertinimo metodai - COPRAS ir TOPSIS. Atliekant alternatyvų analizę vertinti ekonominiai, darbų organizacijos, kokybės, laiko ir aplinkosaugos kriterijai. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius daugiakriterio vertinimo šiuolaikines galimybes, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.
The aim of the final master's thesis is to examine the applicability of multicriteria evaluation at the design stage when choosing building constructions, the necessity of evaluation and goals, foreign experience in this field. The main criteria for evaluating building alternatives are analyzed in this thesis, as well as the specifics of high-rise buildings. Two multi-criteria assessment methods - COPRAS and TOPSIS - are used in the thesis. Economic, work organization, quality, time and environmental criteria were assessed in the analysis of alternatives. After analyzing the theoretical and practical modern possibilities of the multi-criteria evaluation, the conclusions and suggestions of the thesis are presented.
