Nekilnojamojo turto vystymo įmonių organizacinės valdymo struktūros analizė

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos Lietuvos nekilnojamojo turto plėtojimo įmonių organizacinės valdymo struktūros, jų atitikimas teoriniams modeliams. Pateikti organizacinės valdymo struktūros projektavimo etapai ir jį lemiantys veiksniai. Išnagrinėta nekilnojamojo turto plėtotojų organizacinės valdymo struktūros pokyčiai krizės laikotarpiu. Baigiamajame darbe analizuojamas krizės poveikis nekilnojamojo turto sektoriui psichologiniu ir kultūriniu aspektais. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius organizacinės valdymo struktūros aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro šešios dalys: įvadas, organizacinės valdymo struktūros, jų svarba organizacijai, organizacinės valdymo struktūros projektavimas, nekilnojamojo turto plėtotojo UAB „X” organizacinės valdymo struktūros analizė, nekilnojamojo turto plėtotojo UAB „Y” organizacinės valdymo struktūros analizė, UAB „X” ir UAB „Y” organizacinės valdymo struktūros palyginimas, krizės poveikio analizė nekilnojamojo turto sektoriui psichologiniu ir kultūriniu aspektu, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 74 p. teksto be priedų, 14 iliustr., 38 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The thesis examines the organizational management structures of real estate development companies of Lithuania, their conformity to theoretical models. The work presents the design stages and determinants factors of organizational management structure, examines changes of organizational management structures of real estate developers in time of crisis. Thesis analyzes the impact of the crisis in the real estate sector to a psychological and cultural aspect. In the end of thesis conclusions and recommendations are presented. The work consists of six parts: introduction, organizational management structures, their importance to organization, design of organizational management structure, analysis of organizational management structure of real estate development company "X", analysis of organizational management structure of real estate development company "Y", comparison of the organizational management structures of JSC „X” and JSC „Y”, analysis of the impact of the crisis in the real estate sector to a psychological and cultural aspect, conclusions and suggestions, references.Thesis consists of: 74 p. text without appendixes, 14 pictures, 38 bibliographical entries.
