Enciklopedinių informacijos šaltinių interaktyvaus vertimo sistemų architektūra

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama atvirojo kodo, pusiau automatinio vertimo programa „OmegaT”. Darbo apimtis - 50 p. teksto be priedų, 13 iliustr., 8 lent., 28 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The master thesis analyses ”OmegaT”, an open source, half automated translation program. ”OmegaT” is a program which cumulates experience of translations and uses it for other translations. The experiment was carried out by observing the number of adjustments needed to be done by the user in order to have a morphologically correct English - Lithuanian translation. All discovered mistakes were classified into two groups: incorrectly translated words and mistakes of syntax. On-line translators ”Google” translator, ”VDU vertimas” and ”Bing translator” were taken into comparison. The mistakes of the translated texts were classified into two groups as well. The translated text should be adjusted and only helps to under-stand the essence. A convenient and free tool of translation can be obtained by merging internet translators and a program which cumulates experience of translations. Architecture of interactive translation system which would help to translate encyclopedic sources of information from English to Lithuanian is presented. Its model is described in details. The thesis consists of 15 sections: introduction, history of translation, machine translation, machine translation algorithms, online translators, working with the "OmegaT", segmentation, translation memories, ”Netbeans”, a comparison of the characteristics of the online translators, a comparison of the quality of translated by ”Google translator”,”VDU vertimas” and ”Bing translator”, the texts translating with program ”OmegaT” using translated text by ”Google translator”, conclusions and proposals, list of references. There are 50 pages of text without appendices, 13 figures, 8 tables and 28 references in the thesis.Appendices are included.
