Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama viešojo transporto kokybės rodiklių svarba. Darbo tikslas - parengti pasiūlymus viešojo transporto planavimui, pagal nustatytą viešojo transporto kokybės rodiklių svarbą. Darbo aktualumui atskleisti atlikta teisinių dokumentų bei Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių literatūros apžvalga ir analizė. Indentifikuoti viešojo transporto kokybės rodikliai. Siekant nustatyti viešojo transporto rodiklių svarbą, atlikta ekspertinė ir socialinė apklausa. Ekspertinės apklausos pagrįstumui atliekamas ekspertų vertinimų suderinamumas - skaičiuojamas Kendall konkordacijos koeficientas. Gauti anketinių apklausų duomenys sisteminami ir analizuojami bei pritaikomi nustatant viešojo transporto kokybės rodiklių prioritetiškumą. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas; teisinių dokumentų, reglamentuojančių viešąjį transportą bei Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių literatūros apžvalga ir analizė; tiriamoji dalis; išvados ir pasiūlymai, naudota literatūra. Darbo apimtis - 74 p. teksto be priedų, 33 iliustr., 4 lent., 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami 2 priedai.
The importance of the public transport's quality indicators is examined in the Master's thesis. The main objectives of the thesis are to determine the public transport's quality indicators and how they are prioritized. Moreover, submit a proposal for improving the quality of the public transport. In order to show the relevance of this thesis an analysis of legal documents and literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors was conducted. The indicators of the quality of the public transport were identified. An expert and social survey was conducted aiming to determine the significance of transport indicators. Compatibility of responses was calculated applying Kendall's coefficient of concordance to prove the validity of the expert survey. The results of the survey are organized, analyzed and applied to determine the priority of the public transport's quality indicators. The thesis consists of 5 parts: introduction; the review and analysis of legal documents regulating public transport and literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors; the research part; conclusions and proposals; references. The MA thesis includes 74 p. of text, 33 figures, 4 tables, 35 bibliographic sources, 2 appendices.
