Baigiamajame magistro darbe apžvelgiami korozijos tipai, metalų dangos, plieno karšto cinkavimo procesas, cinko sluoksnio priklausomybė bei suvirinimo procesas.Darbe tiriamas cinko dangos storis skirtingais dujų mišiniais virintų bandinių paviršiuje. Nustatyta susidariusio šlako, siūlės geometrijos, cheminės sudėties bei cinko sluoksnio priklausomybė nuo suvirinimo dujų mišinio.Gauti bei palyginti tyrimų rezultatai, pateiktos išvados.Darbą sudaro 9 dalys: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, eksperimentuose naudota įranga bei medžiagos, tyrimo metodika, tyrimų metu gauti rezultatai, išvados, literatūra. Darbo apimtis - 71 p. teksto be priedų, 54 iliustracijos, 8 lentelės, 26 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The thesis provides an overview of types of corrosion, metal coatings, steel hot dip galvanizing, welding processes and the dependence of the materials for the zinc level. The paper examines the thickness of the zinc layer on the examples, which were welded by using different gas mixtures. The amount of slag, welding geometry, chemical composition and the zinc thickness was identified during the examination process. The thickness of the zinc layers was found and the comparison of the results is reflected in the conclusions.Structure of the work: introduction, literature review, the list of the equipment and materials used for experiments, experiment methodology, obtained research results, conclusions, references and literature.Thesis consist of: 71 p. text without appendixes, 54 pictures, 8 tables, 26 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
