Transporto srautų valdymo intelektualiosiomis sistemomis tyrimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėtas transporto srautų valdymas intelektualiosiomis sistemomis. Sukurtas metodas anomalaus judesio vaizde atpažinimui.Teorinėje darbo dalyje apžvelgtos analogiškos eismo stebėjimo, valdymo sistemos. Išnagrinėti judesio atpažinimo vaizde metodai, dirbtiniai neuronų tinklai tarpiniams rezultatams klasifikuoti.Metodologinėje dalyje nagrinėti dirbtinių neuronų tinklų aspektai. Apžvelgtas vaizdo analizės metodas transporto srautams analizuoti, nuosekliai išnagrinėti duomenų apdorojimo aspektai: išgavimas, klasifikavimas, apdorojimas bei objekto identifikavimas. Siekiant tinkamai eksperimentiškai ištirti pasiūlytą metodą realiomis sąlygomis, ketvirtoje darbo dalyje aprašyta reikšmingų duomenų atranka - išnagrinėta gamtos reiškinių įtaka vaizdui bei vaizdo kokybės įtaka tyrimui. Išnagrinėtų metodų visuma sudaro naują anomalaus judesio vaizde atpažinimo metodą. Metodas taikytas sankryžose su skirtingomis aplinkos sąlygomis, duomenys suklasifikuoti bei apdoroti, pateikti tyrimo rezultatai. Darbą sudaro teorinė - apžvalginė dalis, metodologinė dalis, reikšmingų duomenų tyrimui atrankos dalis, bei metodo taikymo dalis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 56 p. teksto be priedų, 23 iliustr., 30 bibliografinių šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The goal of the Final Master's Thesis is to investigate management of transport flows by intelligent systems. The created method helps to identify the abnormal movement in the optical flow. The theoretical part of the Thesis includes: the review of the analogous traffic surveillance and management systems; methods for identification of movement in the image; and artificial neural networks for classification of the results. The aim of the methodological part is to analyse the aspects of artificial neural networks. It also provides an overview of the image analysis method analysing transport flows, and a consecutive analysis of the data processing aspects: retrieval, classification, processing and object identification. In order to properly investigate and test the suggested method in real life conditions, the fourth part of the Thesis provides a description of relevant data, including the analysis of the impact of natural phenomena on the image, and impact of image quality on the survey. All the methods under analysis form a new method for identification of an abnormal movement in the image. The method was applied in crossings under different environmental conditions. The data was classified and processed, including submission of survey results. The Thesis consists of the following parts: theoretical (an overview), methodology, selection of relevant survey data, application of the method, conclusions and recommendations, and the list of references. Scope of the Thesis: 56 p. of text without annexes, 23 Figures, 30 bibliographic sources. Annexes to the Thesis are attached as a separate document.
