Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojama moderniųjų sprendimų taikymo rekonstruojant statinius situacija, apžvelgiami užsienio šalių pavyzdžiai ir aptariamos įgyvendinimo galimybės Lietuvoje. Darbo tikslas - išnagrinėti ar galima, ar naudinga ir ar realu (technologiniu ir finansiniu požiūriu) rekonstruojant statinius taikyti Pasyviojo namo koncepciją. Darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoje dalyje pateikiama literatūros apžvalga statinių rekonstrukcijos, šiluminės renovacijos ir moderniųjų sprendimų - efektyviai energiją naudojančių pastatų tematika. Antroje dalyje pateikiama autorės susisteminta statinių rekonstrukcijos samprata grafine išraiška, išskiriami ir apibūdinami Pasyviojo namo komponentai. Taip pat pateikiami užsienio šalyse įgyvendintų statinių rekonstrukcijos projektų taikant Pasyviojo namo koncepciją pavyzdžiai, atlikta SSGG analizė ir pateiktas modelis, kuriame parodyta veiksmų eiga statinį rekonstruojant į Pasyvųjį namą. Trečioje dalyje praktiniu pavyzdžiu parodomas antroje dalyje sudaryto modelio veikimo principas. Darbo apimtis - 72 psl. teksto be priedų, 15 paveikslų, 15 lentelių, 63 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedamas 1 priedas.
The final research paper contains the analysis of the modern decisions in building reconstruction. There the examples of foreign countries and the possibilities in Lithuania are also discussed. The target of the work is to research if it is possible, useful and real (in technological and financial view) to use the conception of Passive House in building reconstruction. The work consists of 3 parts. The first part contains the review of building reconstruction and modern decisions in building energy efficient houses. The second one contains author's systemised building reconstruction conception in graphic scheme, the Passive House components, the examples from foreign countries, where the conception of Passive House using in building reconstruction projects are already realised. There SWOT analysis and the model of building reconstruction into Passive House are also made. The third part contains the practical example, which is taken to show how the theoretical model, made in the second part, works. Volume of the work is 72 pages of text excluding annexes, 15 pictures, 15 tables, 63 references. There is one annexe attached.
