Baigiamajo magistro darbo tikslas yra Lietuvos statybos sektoriaus SSGG anlizė.Pirmame skyriuje nurodomos teorinės analizės formavimo ir interpretavimo nuostatos bei praktika, kurią rekomenduoja specialistai. Antrame skyriuje pateikiami SSGG analizės taikymo būdai. Trečiame skyriuje atlikta Lietuvos statybos sektoriaus būklės analizė, siekiant nustatyti faktorius nulemiančius dabartinio statybos sektoriaus plėtros ir palaikymo veiksnius. Statybos sektoriaus SSGG analizė atlikta darbe pateiktos informacijos pagrindu, analizuojant esamas situacijas bei jos tendencijas. Atliekant analizę, buvo nustatytos statybos sektoriaus stipriosios ir silpnosios savybės, galimybės ir grėsmės. Savybės pateiktos atskirose dalyse, paaiškinami jų pasirinkimo motyvai.Nustatytų savybių pagrindu suformuluoti statybos sektoriaus strateginiai tikslai bei galimi ateities scenarijai, derinant nustatytų savybių rizikas bei galimą poveikį.
The main objective of final master work is Lithuanian building sector SWOT analysis. The first chapter contains the provisions for the formation and interpretation of theoretical analysis and practice recommended by the specialists. The second chapter describes the methods of applying the SWOT analysis. The third chapter describes an analysis of the construction sector seeking to identify the factors determining the development and support of the current construction sector. The SWOT analysis of construction sector was carried out based on information provided by analysing the existing situation and its trends. When carrying out the analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the construction sector was identified. The characteristics were discussed in separate chapters by explaining the motives of their selection. On the basis of the characteristics determined attempts were made to model the strategic goals of the construction sector and possible future scenarios by coordinating the risks of the characteristics determined and their possible effect.
