Medicininės įrangos priežiūros skyriaus veiklos tobulinimas taikant ISO 20000 standartą
Baigiamajame magistro darbe išanalizuota ir įvertinta būtinybė nuolat tobulinti medicininės įrangos priežiūros skyriaus veiklą. Iškeltos problemos, su kuriomis susiduriama dabartinėje skyriaus veikloje. Apžvelgtos veiklos procesą gerinančios metodologijos ir iš jų išrinkta tinkamiausia. Skyriaus veikla lyginta prieš metodologijoje siūlomus pakeitimus ir po jų. Darbą sudaro aštuonios dalys: įvadas, priežiūros skyriaus struktūra ir analizė, metodikų apžvalga, priemonių parinkimas, programinės įrangos diegimas, įdiegtų priemonių naudos analizė, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis: 41 psl. teksto be priedų, 11 pav., 10 literatūros šaltinių.
The present BA Final Paper analyses and evaluates the necessity of ongoing improvement of activities of a medical equipment service department. The problems are raised which are encountered in everyday activities of the department. Methodologies for improving the activities process are overviewed and the most suitable methodology is selected. Comparison is made between the activities of the department before and after the changes proposed in the methodology. The paper consists of eight parts: introduction, structure and analysis of the service department, overview of methodologies, tools selection, software installation and utility analysis of the installed tools, conclusions, and list of references. Scope of Work: 41 pages of text, 11 figures, 10 bibliographical entries.
