Šio tyrimo pagrindinis tikslas - išanalizuoti Lietuvos Respublikos aplinkos ministerijos Aplinkos projektų valdymo agentūros (APVA) teikiamos finansinės paramos ir kompensacijų efektyvumą bei poveikį žaliąsias technologijas diegiančių įmonių verslo plėtrai, pagal tai suprojektuoti galimus verslo plėtros modelius. Tyrimas aktualus dėl struktūrinių fondų reikšmės žaliosioms technologijoms skatinti, kurių efektyvumas vertinamas pagal investicijų lygį ir rezultatų pasiekimą. APVA, administruodama Europos Sąjungos fondų ir Lietuvos Respublikos lėšomis finansuojamus aplinkos sektoriaus projektus, skatina žaliųjų technologijų diegimą, mažinant aplinkos taršą ir prisidedant prie klimato kaitos poveikio mažinimo.Tyrime analizuojama, kaip supaprastinus paraiškų teikimo ir finansavimo procesus būtų galima efektyviau panaudoti teikiamą paramą bei kompensacijas, skatinti inovacijų diegimą ir žaliųjų technologijų sektoriaus augimą. Pagrindinė problema - sudėtingas paraiškų teikimo procesas, mažinantis verslo plėtros galimybes ir investicijas į inovacijas. Tyrimo objektas - APVA teikiamos finansinės paramos ir kompensacijų panaudojimas verslo plėtrai bei jo efektyvumo vertinimas.Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti suformuluoti uždaviniai: išnagrinėti teorines verslo plėtros, pasitelkiant APVA paramą, prielaidas; parinkti ir aprašyti metodus verslo plėtros projektavimo modelio tyrimui; įvertinti ir suprojektuoti žaliąsias technologijas diegiančių įmonių verslo plėtros kryptis. Tyrime taikyti literatūros analizės, duomenų analizės ir ekspertinės apklausos metodai siekia pagrįsti žaliųjų technologijų integraciją ir verslo plėtros strategijas.
