LEAN metodų pritaikymo logistikos terminalų veiklai tyrimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami „Lean” metodai, labiausiai tinkantys logistikos terminalams, jų veiklai bei specifikai. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analizės metu surinkta teorine medžiaga, iškelta hipotezė ir suformuluota darbo problema. Darbe aprašoma „Lean” metodų samprata, svarba, analizuojama jų įtaka terminalų veiklai. Atliekama Lietuvos terminalų analizė, taip pat ir taikomas apklausos metodas. Tyrimo metu darbo autoriaus buvo pastebėta, jog duomenų bei informacijos apie logistikos terminalus bei jų atliekamus procesus yra pakankamai daug, tačiau kaip bei kokios „Lean” sistemos yra naudojamos juose bei kokią įtaką jos daro, rasti buvo sunku, kadangi viešai atliktų tyrimų beveik nėra. Projektinėje darbo dalyje, atsižvelgiant į tyrimo metu gautus rezultatus, buvo formuotos prielaidos bei pasiūlymai, pagal kuriuos buvo sukurtas logistikos terminalų veiklos gerinimo modelis. Atsižvelgus į atliktą tyrimą galima daryti išvadą, kurie „Lean” metodai bei įrankiai daro didžiausią įtaką logistikos terminalų procesams. Norint dar aiškiau apibrėžti tai, darbo pabaigoje buvo suformuotas rekomendacinis „Lean” metodų pritaikymo terminaluose modelis, užtikrinantis tiek sistemingą terminalų veiklą, tiek efektyvų darbą. Išsiaiškinti modelio tinkamumą praktikoje, buvo atliktas ekspertinė apklausa, pagal kurią modelis buvo aprobuotas bei patobulintas. Darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados bei siūlomas logistikos terminalų veiklai gerinti mokslinis modelis.Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro: įvadas, mokslinės literatūros analizė, tiriamoji dalis, projektinė dalis, išvados, pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.
The final master's thesis examines the Lean methods that are most suitable for logistics terminals, their activities and specifics. Based on the theoretical material collected during the analysis of the scientific literature, a hypothesis was raised and the problem of the work was formulated. The paper describes the concept and importance of Lean methods, analyzes their impact on the operation of terminals. The analysis of Lithuanian terminals is performed, as well as the survey method is applied. During the research, the author noted that there is a lot of data and information about logistics terminals and their processes, but it was difficult to find how and what Lean systems are used in them and what impact they have, as there are almost no publicly conducted research. In the project part of the work, taking into account the results obtained during the research, assumptions and suggestions were formed, according to which a model for improving the performance of logistics terminals was developed. Based on the research, it can be concluded which Lean methods and tools have the greatest impact on the processes of logistics terminals. To further clarify this, at the end of the work, a recommended model for the application of Lean methods in terminals was developed, ensuring both systematic operation of terminals and efficient operation. To find out the suitability of the model in practice, an expert survey was conducted, according to which the model was approved and improved. At the end of the work, conclusions are presented and a scientific model for improving the operation of logistics terminals is proposed. The final work consists of: introduction, analysis of scientific literature, research part, project part, conclusions, suggestions, references.
