Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - identifikavus aerozolio dalelių akustinės aglomeracijos teorinius aspektus bei dalelių aglomeracijai įtakos turinčius veiksnius, atlikti garso slėgio lygio pasiskirstymo akustinės aglomeracijos kameroje skaitinius tyrimus bei atlikti nagrinėjamų mikro kvarco miltelių akustinės aglomeracijos eksperimentinius tyrimus. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė ir sisteminimas, siekiant nustatyti dalelių akustinės aglomeracijos kompleksiškumą bei susisteminti teorinius aspektus - poveikį žmogaus sveikatai, akustinės aglomeracijos technologijos veikimo principus, dalelių aglomeracijos efektyvumą lemiančius veiksnius bei mokslines prielaidas. Antrojoje darbo dalyje sudaryta skaitinių tyrimų atlikimo metodika bei eksperimentinių akustinės aglomeracijos efektyvumo nustatymo tyrimų metodika. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje, naudojantis „COMSOL Multiphysics 6.2” programine įranga, nustatytas teorinis garso slėgio lygio pasiskirstymas akustinės aglomeracijos kameroje esant skirtingiems garso dažniams. Taip pat šioje darbo dalyje atlikti mikro kvarco miltelių akustinės aglomeracijos eksperimentiniai tyrimai, siekiant nustatyti dalelių sukibimo efektyvumą, dėl akustinio poveikio, esant skirtingiems garso dažniams bei skirtingiems oro srauto greičiams. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, trys pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 77 p. teksto be priedų, 43 paveikslai, 5 lentelės, 49 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The aim of the final master's thesis is to identify the theoretical aspects of acoustic agglomeration of aerosol particles and the factors influencing particle agglomeration by conducting numerical studies of the sound pressure level distribution in the acoustic agglomeration chamber and by conducting experimental studies of the acoustic agglomeration of the micro-quartz powder. In the first part of the thesis, the analysis and systematization of scientific literature was performed in order to determine the complexity of acoustic agglomeration of particles and to systematize theoretical aspects - the impact on human health, the principles of operation of acoustic agglomeration technology, the factors determining the efficiency of particle agglomeration and scientific assumptions. In the second part of the thesis, the methodology for performing numerical studies and the methodology for determining the efficiency of experimental acoustic agglomeration studies were developed. In the third part of the thesis, using the COMSOL Multiphysics 6.2 software, the theoretical distribution of sound pressure levels in the acoustic agglomeration chamber at different sound frequencies was determined. Also in this part of the thesis, experimental studies of acoustic agglomeration of micro-quartz powder were carried out in order to determine the efficiency of particle adhesion due to acoustic effects at different sound frequencies and different air flow velocities. Conclusions are presented at the end of the thesis.Thesis consists of: introduction, three main parts, conclusions and references.Structure: 77 p. of text without appendices, 43 figures, 5 tables, 49 bibliographical sources. Appendices included.
