Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama pensijų sistema, pensijų klasifikavimas, pensijų rūšys, jų skaičiavimo ypatumai. Teisiniu ir teoriniu požiūriu aptarta Lietuvos pensijų sistema. Atlikta pagrindinių pensijos ir socialinės ekonomikos rodiklių, pensijos fondų apžvalga Lietuvoje. Palyginimui pateikta užsienio pensijos fondų veiklos rezultatų apžvalga. Identifikuoti pagrindiniai rodikliai, įtakojantys pensijos dydį. Atlikta reikalingų rodiklių prognozė būsimos pensijos dydžiui paskaičiuoti. Sudarytas būsimos pensijos modelio skaičiavimas, paskaičiuota pensija I pakopos dalyviui ir II pakopos dalyviui. Remiantis atlikta analize, pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai siekiant geriau pasirūpinti pajamomis senatvei. Darbą sudaro 4 dalys: įvadas, teoriniai pensijų sistemos aspektai, pensijų sistema Lietuvoje, Lietuvos pensijų sistemos statistinių rodiklių analizė, pensijų fondų įtaka pensijos dydžiui, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 69 p. teksto be priedų, 12 iliustr., 21 lent., 34 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In final paper of Master Thesis is analysed the pension system, classification of the pensions, types of pensions, their calculation methods. According theoretical and law aspects overviewed the Lithuanian pension system. Performed the analysis of pension, of main social economic indicators,and of pension funds performance in Lithuania. Compared the pension funds performance results with foreign country funds. Were identified the main indicators influencing the size of the pension and done the forecast of needed indicators for pension calculation. Calculated the benefits for I pillar participant and for II pillar participant. Concluded the obtained results and provided solutions in order to achieve better results of incomes at retirement.Thesis consist of four parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of pension system, pension system in Lithuania, analysis of Lithuanian pension system statistical data, influence of pension fund on the benefit, conclusions and solutions, references.Structure: introduction, theoretical aspects of pension system, pension system in Lithuania, overview of Lithuanian pension systems statistical data, the impact of the participation in PF on the benefit to retiree, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consists of: 69 p. text without appendixes, 12 pictures, 21 tables, 36 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
