Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - įvertinti įdiegtos koordinuotos eismo valdymo sistemos įtaką susisiekimo kokybei Antakalnio gatvėje, panaudojant transporto srautų modeliavimo programinę įrangą. Siekiant šio tikslo buvo atlikta esamosios padėties analizė: buvo ištirti automobilių eismo srautai, apsirašytas eismo juostų skaičius bei aprašyti šviesoforų darbo ciklai. Pagal tyrimo duomenis, panaudojant „VISUM” programą, buvo sudarytas Antakalnio gatvės atkarpos (nuo Antakalnio / Šilo gatvių sankirtos iki Antakalnio gatvės pabaigos Lizdeikos gatvės pradžios) modelis. Pagal modeliavimo rezultatus buvo nustatyta Antakalnio gatvės aptarnavimo kokybė, gatvės tinklo efektyvumas.Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais ir literatūros analize, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, apžvalginė dalis, analitinė dalis, eksperimentinė dalis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis 60 p. teksto be priedų, 29 iliustr., 8 lent., 13 bibliografinių šaltinių Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The aim of this master's thesis was to evaluate the impact of coordinated traffic control system installed for the communication quality in the Antakalnis street using the software of traffic flows modelling. In order to achieve this goal the analysis of current situation was conducted. The author investigated traffic flows of automobiles, described number of traffic zones and working cycles of traffic-lights. Based on the investigation results the model of the Antakalnis street segment (from the intersection of Antakalnis and Šilas streets to the end of Antakalnis street and the beginning of Lizdeika street) was made. By making this model the ”VISUM” program was used. In accordance with the modelling results, the quality of service in Antakalnis street and the efficiency of street network were identified. After analysing the related literature and conducting the modelling, well-grounded conclusions and recommendations were proposed. This master's thesis is composed of 6 sections: introduction, overview, analytical section, experimental section, conclusions and recommendations, list of literature. The volume of the master's thesis: 60 pages (without annexes); 29 illustrations; 8 tables; 13 bibliographical sources.Annexes are listed separately.
