Komarovskis, Povilas | Elektrotechnikos katedra |
A high voltage square wave pulse generator has been investigated in this master thesis. The influence of inductance and load resistance, compensation and other circuits' influence on the generated pulse form has been researched. The simulation of the generator and its' components has been performed using ”LTSpice 4.23I” software package. Based on comparison of experimental and simulation results, it has been determined, that the developed simulation model is applicable for investigation of the transient processes. Using ”COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2” software package, the distribution of the electric field in the electroporation cuvette that is used as a load of the generator has been investigated. It has been determined that the spatial distribution of electric field is homogenic. The work includes 58 p., 43 figures, 8 tables and 66 references. The work consists from 9 parts: introduction, literature review, investigation of the simulation model, investigation of the generators' prototype, the cuvette model, conclusions, reference and appendices.
