Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama įmonių socialinės atsakomybės įtaka logistikos veiklos efektyvumui. Siekiama nustatyti esamą situaciją bei numatyti jos galimas tobulinimo galimybes. Analitinėje dalyje nagrinėjama mokslinė literatūra įmonių socialinės atsakomybės ir logistikos sąveikos klausimais bei jos naudojimo praktika pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje. Teorinės analizės pagrindu formuluojamos nagrinėjamos sąveikos problematika ir iškeliama hipotezė. Hipotezei patikrinti taikomas apklausos metodas.Tiriamojoje dalyje, įvertinant analitinės dalies bei apklausos rezultatus, kuriamas įmonių socialinės atsakomybės procesų, darančių įtaką logistikai, modelis. Jo praktiniam patikrinimui taikomas ekspertinio vertinimo metodas. Tiriamosios dalies pabaigoje apibendrinami gauti tyrimo ir ekspertinio vertinimo rezultatai. Remiantis teorinės analizės ir tyrimų rezultatais, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, analitinė bei tiriamoji dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 67 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 28 iliustracijos, 10 lentelių, 140 bibliografinių šaltinių Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The influence of corporate social responsibility on the efficiency of logistics activities is analyzed in the final master's thesis. The aim is to identify the current situation and anticipate possible improvements. The analytical part examines the scientific literature on the interaction of corporate social responsibility and logistics and the practice of its use in the world and in Lithuania. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, the problems of the examined interaction are formulated and a hypothesis is raised. The survey method is used to test the hypothesis.In the research part, evaluating the results of the analytical part and the survey, a model of corporate social responsibility processes influencing logistics is developed. An expert assessment method is used for its practical examination. At the end of the research part, the results of the research and expert evaluation are summarized. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and research, conclusions and suggestions are presented.Structure: introduction, analytical and research parts, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consists of: 67 pages of text without appendixes, 28 illustrations, 10 tables, 140 bibliographical entries. Appendices are attached separately.
