Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas yra apskaičiuoti verslo vertę, taikant pasirinktus metodus, bei pateikti būdus, kurie leistų valdyti telekomunikacijų bendrovių patiriamas rizikas ir padėtų padidinti įmonių vertę.Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje atliekama verslo vertės ir vertinimo bei rizikos valdymo priemonių studija. Antroje dalyje įvertinami veiksniai, darantys įtaką įmonių vertei, apibrėžiama su tuo susijusi ir taikytina tyrimo metodika. Trečioje dalyje analizuojama surinkta statistinė medžiaga, prognozuojami pasirinktos įmonės pinigų srautai determinuotu ir stochastiniu variantais, pateikiamos rizikos mažinimo priemonės. Remiantis tyrimo medžiaga pateikiamos apibendrinamosios išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 79 p. teksto be priedų, 25 iliustr., 20 lent., 75 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The goal of master thesis is to calculate the business value by applying selected methods and submitting the ways which will enable to control the risks experienced by telecommunication companies and will help to increase their value.Master thesis consists of three basic parts. In the first part the study of business value and evaluation as well as the risk management means is carried out. In the second part the factors influencing the value of enterprises are estimated, the related and applied survey methods are defined. In the third part the collected statistical material is analyzed, the cash flows of the chosen enterprise are prognosticated by the deterministic and stochastic methods, the means of the risk reduction are submitted. On the basis of the survey material general conclusions and propositions are presented.Thesis consist of: 79 p. text without appendixes, 25 pictures, 20 tables, 75 bibliographical entries.
