Darbe nagrinėjama pastatų saugumo problema išorinių atakų atžvilgiu. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas - atsakyti į klausimą, kaip apsaugoti pastatus nuo automobilinių bombų sukeliamų pažaidų. Automobilinė bomba laikoma vienu didžiausių pavojų, galinčių kilti pastato išorėje, dėl galimybės privežti prie pastato didelį kiekį sprogstamųjų medžiagų. Darbe nagrinėjami praeities teroro incidentai ir jų metu naudoti atakų būdai, analizuojami tų atakų padariniai pastatams. Blogėjant pasaulinei politinei situacijai pastatų saugumo problema aktualėja ir Lietuvoje, todėl darbe nagrinėjami galimi Lietuvoje esantys taikiniai, teikiami pasiūlymai, kaip pagerinti esamą jų apsaugą. Pasiūlytos saugumo priemonės, aprašytos užsienio šalių literatūroje, gamintojų pateikiamoje informacijoje ir saugumo sprendimai įgyvendinti įvairiose šalyse. Darbo rezultatus siūloma pritaikyti politiškai svarbių Lietuvos pastatų saugumui didinti.
The work examines the problem of building security in relation to external attacks. The main goal of the work is to answer the question of how to protect buildings from damage caused by car bombs. A car bomb is considered one of the greatest dangers that can arise outside a building due to the possibility of bringing a large amount of explosive materials to the building. The work examines past terrorist incidents and the methods of attacks used during them, and analyzes the consequences of those attacks on buildings. As the global political situation worsens, the problem of building security is also relevant in Lithuania, therefore the work examines possible targets in Lithuania, and offers suggestions on how to improve their current protection. The proposed security measures are described in foreign literature, information provided by manufacturers, and security solutions implemented in various countries. The results of the work are proposed to be applied to increase the security of politically important buildings in Lithuania.
