Konstrukcijų projektavimo efektyvumo didinimas taikant automatizuoto projektavimo sistemas UAB"Idea Constructiva" įmonėje

Diegiant vis daugiau inovacijų į pastatus, jie tampa vis sudėtingesni ne tik elektronikos atžvilgiu, bet ir konstrukciniu požiūriu. Todėl dauguma įmonių, teikiančių konstrukcijų projektavimo paslaugas, turi didinti savo darbuotojų skaičių arba ieškoti kitų būdų, kad išliktų konkurencingos. Tačiau projektuotojai vis dar naudoja senąsias technologijas. Todėl tampa nekonkurencingi, jų produkto kaina yra aukšta, klaidų tikimybė didelė dėl daugybės pasikartojančio mechaninio darbo. Šiame darbe nagrinėjama pastatų projektavimo srities efektyvumo didinimo problema. Kadangi dirbant su dvimačio projektavimo sistemomis darbo efektyvumas labai mažas, buvo išplėtotos automatizuoto projektavimo sistemos, kurių naudojimas tampa neišvengiamas, norint didinti įmonės veiklos efektyvumą. Todėl išnagrinėjus keletą programinės įrangos gamintojų siūlomų paketų, galima pritaikyti optimalią įrangą kiekvienai kompanijai. Išanalizavus UAB „Idea Constructiva” atvejį akivaizdžiai matyti, kad įmonė, norėdama išlikti konkurencinga, turi eiti pastato informacinio modeliavimo metodo taikymo keliu pasirinkdama „Autodesk Revit” produktų liniją.
New buildings possess more and more innovation. They become more sophisticated not only in respect of electronics, but also the design point of view. Therefore, the majority of companies providing design services have to expand their number of employees, or find another way to remain competitive. However, designers are still using the old technology. Therefore they become non competitive. The price of product is high and probability of errors is large due to numerous of mechanical work. There is studied a problem of improving the efficiency for buildings design in this work. Since working with a design systems of two-dimensions the effectiveness is very low. Therefore, the automated design systems were developed, which become unavoidable in increase of business improvement. Thus, after examination of some software packages that manufacturers offer, it can be seen the optimum equipment might be adapted for any company. After analysis of UAB ”Idea Constructiva” case it is clearly seen that this company have to assimilate building information modeling method by choosing ”Autodesk Revit” family product line, in order to remain competitive.
