Šiuolaikinių alyvų įtaka vidaus degimo variklių parametrams

Šiame darbe pateikti variklinės alyvos „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 įtaką vidaus degimo variklio rodikliams, tyrimo rezultatai. Sudarytos variklių mechaninių nuostolių galios charakteristikos, išmatuota kompresija cilindruose prieš ir po alyvos „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 panaudojima. Buvo atlikti bandymai su dviejų automobilių vidaus degimo varikliais ir vienas bandymas trinties stendu. Rezultatų analizė parodė, kad alyva „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 padeda sumažinti trintį bei dilimą vidaus degimo varikliuose, todel galima teigti, kad ši alyva pailgina variklio darbo resursą ir pagerina darbo charakteristikas. Darbo rezultatai pateikti lentelėse, paveikslėliuose. Tyrimo rezultatai rodo nedidelį, bet akivaizdų alyvos „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 naudojimo efektyvumą. Darytina išvada, kad naujos alyvos naudojimas yra vienas iš būdų sumažinti vidaus degimo variklių trintį bei dilimą.
This work presents results of research of influence of „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 oil on indications of internal combustion engines (ICE). There were drawn characteristics of the engine mechanical power losses, measured compression in the engine cylinders before and after application of the „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 oil.Tests were carried out with two ICE and with one friction machine. Analysis of the results showed, that use of „Mobil Super 2000” SAE 10w-40 oil reduces friction and using up of ICE, therefore it can be asserted, that this oil increases the lifetime of various engines and improves their working characteristics.Results of this work are presented in tables and figures. They show a little but evident use of such oil. The conclusion can be made that use of new oil is among the ways of reduction of friction and using up in internal combustion engines.
