Statybos srities darbo užmokesčio sistemos analizė
Baigiamajame magistro darbe kuriamas darbuotojų darbo užmokesčio sistemos gerinimo modelis. Atlikta darbo užmokesčio skaičiavimo ir motyvacijos teorinių teiginių studija moksliniuose literatūros šaltiniuose, išnagrinėta motyvacijos esmė ir įtaka darbuotojų veiklos kokybei. Atlikta ekspertų apklausa, jos duomenys išanalizuoti ir susisteminti. Naudojantis gautais rezultatais sudarytas darbo užmokesčio skaičiavimo modelis papildytas motyvacinių priemonių planu, kuris naudojamas siekiant padidinti darbuotojų motyvaciją. Pirmojoje dalyje pateikiamas problemos aktualumas, nustatytas tyrimo tikslas ir užduotys, apibūdinta mokslinė tyrimo naujovė, nagrinėjamos problemos apžvalga. Problemos įvertinimui sukurtas algoritmas ir pateiktas matematinis naudojamų metodų aprašymas. Siekiant patikrinti darbo užmokesčio apskaičiavimo sistemų efektyvumą, naudojami daugiaaspekčiai vertinimo metodai. Darbo apimtis - 71 p. teksto be priedų, 18 pav., 13 lentelių, 36 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pateikiami darbo priedai: A, B, C, D.
The aim of the final master's thesis is to analyze the problems of the system of calculating wage billing in the construction industry in Lithuania, to analyze factors influencing wages, to develop a methodology and algorithm allowing to choose the corresponding form of wages according to the nature of work. The main tasks of the final thesis: the establishment of a methodology for calculating the salary calculation for different types of buildings or different technology works, combining the employee incentive with a direct payroll calculation system in accordance with working conditions, time. The Master's thesis consists of analyzing wages in the construction industry, reviewing the most popular wage billing and payment systems, developing an assessment model, delivering results and conclusions. The first part presents the relevance of the problem, determines the purpose and tasks of the research, describes the novelty of the research, overview the problem under consideration. An algorithm was created for the problem assessment and a mathematical description of the methods used. Multiview assessment methods are used to verify the effectiveness of payroll calculation systems.Thesis consist of: 71 p. text without appendixes, 18 figures, 13 tables, 36 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included: A, B, C, D
