Recenzentas / Rewiewer |
Darbo apimtis 85 p. teksto be priedų, 10 iliustracijų, 23 lentelės, 159 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The Master's thesis examines the issues, necessity, and objectives of measuring sustainability and the return on project portfolios. The main principles of the concepts analysed and the relationship between the concepts are examined. The main principles underlying the determination of the return on project portfolios and the relationship with sustainability are presented. A composite index of sustainability in the construction sector is developed. The return on project portfolios is calculated on the basis of a Markowitz mean-variance model and a three-objective optimisation problem. The relationship between project portfolio returns and sustainability is established through correlation. The final thesis examines the impact of sustainability on the return of project portfolios. After examining the theoretical and practical aspects of sustainability and project portfolio returns, possible directions for further research are presented, as well as conclusions and recommendations. The thesis consists of six parts: introduction, theoretical analysis, evaluation methodology, empirical study, conclusions and recommendations, and references. The thesis consists of 85 pages of text without appendices, 10 illustrations, 23 tables, 159 bibliographic sources.Annexes to the thesis are attached separately.
