Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro tiriamoji ir projektinė dalys. Tiriamojoje dalyje nagrinėjama universalios paskirties objektų architektūra: analizuojami realizuoti objektai užsienio šalyse ir Lietuvoje, apibendrinami teoriniai darbai šia tema. Tiriamosios dalies eksperimentiniame skyriuje pirmiausia atliekamas universalios paskirties objektų, esančių Kauno mieste, vertinimas, pateikiami apibendrinimai ir išvados. Toliau eksperimentinio darbo skyriuje pateikiamas universalios surenkamosios konstrukcijos siūlymas. Remiantis atliktais tyrimais ir eksperimentais atliekamas variantinis projektavimas, formuluojama projekto koncepcija.Projektinėje darbo dalyje pristatomas architektūrinis universalios paskirties objektas - laisvalaikio, pramogų ir komercijos kompleksas, kuris numatytas Vilniuje, Gariūnų karjero teritorijoje. Pagrindinė projekto idėja siejama su tvarumu - eksploatuojant karjerą iškirsto miško žaluma kompensuojama sukuriant žalią objektą su eksploatuojamais želdintais stogais ir apželdintais vertikaliaisiais paviršiais. Pastato eksploatacijai reikalinga energija gaminama iš pastatą apaugusių augalų bei geoterminės, saulės, vėjo energijos. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas projektuojamo objekto transformavimo, pritaikymo ir plėtros galimybėms. Vienas pagrindinių aspektų - siekis universalios paskirties objektui suteikti veidą, kad projektuojamo komplekso skirtingos tipologinės dalys būtų atpažįstamos ir pastato viduje, ir eksterjere.Darbą sudaro dvi dalys: analitinė ir projektinė, priedai, literatūros ir iliustracijų sąrašai. Darbo apimtis - 166 p. teksto be priedų, 143 iliustr., 20 bibliografinų šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The MA thesis consists of the research and project parts. The research part is focused on the architecture of multi-purpose buildings: buildings in foreign countries as well as Lithuania have been analysed; theoretical works on the subject have been generalised. The chapter on experimental work included in the research part is primarily dedicated to the evaluation of multi-purpose buildings in Kaunas, generalisations and conclusions are provided. Moreover, a suggestion of a prefabricated construction is given in the chapter on experimental work. On the basis of the research and experiments, a variant project has been carried out, the concept of the project has been formulated.The project part of the thesis details out the architecture of a multi-purpose building: a complex for leisure, entertainment and commerce in the territory of Gariūnai Quarry. The main idea of the project is related with sustainability: the greenery of the forest destroyed due to the exploitation of the quarry is compensated by means of exploited/maintained green roofs and vertical surfaces. Energy for the exploitation of the building is produced from the plants growing on the building as well as geothermic, solar, wind energy is used. Great attention is paid to the potential to transform, adapt and develop the building. One of the main aspects is the aim to give a face to the multi-purpose building so that typological parts of the designed complex were recognizable considering both interior and exterior.The thesis consists of two parts: analytical and project ones, appendices, lists of references and illustrations.The volume of the work is 166 pages excluding appendices, 143 illustrations, 20 entries of bibliographical references. Appendices are provided separately.
