Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas automobilių "Škoda Octavia” pagrindinių sistemų gedimų pobūdis bei automobilių garantinės techninės priežiūros technologinis procesas. Taip pat išnagrinėti pagrindinių sistemų gedimų dažnių dėsningumai, išaiškintos gedimų atsiradimo priežastys.Darbe išnagrinėta techninės eksploatacijos sąvoka, eksploatacinio patikimumo duomenų gavimo būdai. Aprašyta techninės priežiūros ir remonto sistema, technologiniai procesai. Statistiškai apdorotas dažniausiai pasitaikančių gedimų pasiskirstymas ir nustatytas jų prognozuojamas vidutinis resursas, patektos pagrindinės gedimų priežastys. Pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai.
The thesis analyzes the car Skoda Octavia major system failures and the nature of car warranty maintenance of the technological process. Also consider the main fault systems in the frequency patterns, clarify the causes of the crash. We describe the maintenance and repair of the system, processes. The paper examined the concept of technical performance, operational reliability of date acquisition techniques. Statistically the incidence of treatment failures and the distribution of the projected average gameplay, enter the main causes of failure. I also give conclusions and recommendations.
