Verslo logistikos atsargų valdymo metodų taikymo galimybių tyrimas specifinėje veikloje
Šiomis dienomis, esant didelei konkurencijai vis labiau reikia domėtis organizacijų vykdomų veiklų procesu, kad kiekvienas vykdomos veiklos procesas būtų tinkamai išnaudojamas ir vykdomas be jokių trikdžių. Pastebima, kad nepriklausomai nuo organizacijos dydžio ar pobūdžio, siekiant veiklos efektyvumo gaminant produkciją ar teikiant paslaugas, ypatingas dėmesys yra skiriamas atsargoms ir jų valdymui. Atlikta teorinė ir empirinio tyrimo rezultatų analizė parodė, kad esminės problemos yra susijusios su informacijos trūkumu bei netinkamu atsargų valdymo metodų naudojimu karo logistikos veikloje. Šioms problemoms spręsti buvo sukurtas atsargų valdymo modelis, kuris padeda priimti teisingą sprendimą dėl reikiamo atsargų kiekio. Taip pat taikant šį modelį vykdoma atsargų kiekio ir tiekimo kontrolė. Apibendrinant baigiamąjį darbą galima teigti, kad atlikta teorinė analizė leido nustatyti pagrindinius atsargų valdyme reikalingus aspektus, tačiau nustatyta, kad verslo sektoriuje atsargų valdymas yra paprastesnis nei karo logistikos veikloje. Todėl remiantis verslo logistikos aspektais sukurtas modelis, kuris yra tinkamas karo logistikai.Šio baigiamojo darbo rezultatai parodė pagrindines problemas, kurios yra karo logistikos veikloje. Pasiūlytas atsargų valdymo modelis gali padėti tinkamai valdyti atsargas karo logistikoje.
Today, in the face of high competition, there is an increasing need to be interested in the process of the activities of the organizations, so that each process of the ongoing work is properly exploited and implemented without any disturbances. It is noted that, regardless of the size or nature of the organization, the focus is on stocks and their management, in order to be effective in the production of products or services.The theoretical and empirical analysis of the results showed that the main problems related to lack of information and incorrect use of stock management methods in military logistics activities. A stock-management model has been developed to address these issues, which helps to analyze the amount of inventory required, control the amount of inventory required and manage inventory supplies.Summarizing the final work it can be stated that the theoretical analysis made it possible to determine the necessary aspects of stock management, but it was found that inventory management in the business sector is simpler than in military logistics activities. Therefore, based on business logistics, a model is developed that is suitable for military logistics.The results of this final work highlighted the main issues that arise in the field of military logistics. The proposed stock management models can help manage stocks in military logistics.
