Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas darbo efektyvumo didinimas taikant biometrinę pelytę. Supažindinama su nekilnojamojo turto įmone RE/MAX Centras, kurios darbuotojams siūloma naudotis biometrinėmis pelytėmis, kad išlaikytų aukštas pozicijas nekilnojamojo turto rinkoje. Taip pat aptariama nekilnojamojo turto rinkos situacija Lietuvoje, augantis nedarbas. Nagrinėjami darbo našumą skatinantys veiksniai bei stresą darbo vietoje sukeliantys faktoriai. Taip pat aprašoma biometrinė pelytė ir jos veikimo principai. Tiriamojoje dalyje išanalizuota Maslowo poreikių hierarchijos piramidė. Atsižvelgiant į Maslowo poreikius pateikiamos darbingumo didinimo rekomendacijos. Taip pat pateiktas sukurtos darbo efektyvumo didinimo pagal Maslowo teoriją programos aprašymas. Atlikus Maslowo intelektinės sistemos analizę pateiktos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, nekilnojamojo turto įmonės RE/MAX aprašymas, NT rinkos situacija Lietuvoje, biometrinė pelytė ir darbo našumo didinimas RE/MAX įmonėje, Maslowo piramidės intelektinė sistema ir įmonės efektyvumo didinimas, išvados, literatūros sąrašas.
The main subject of this master thesis is the increase of work efficiency using the biometric mouse. Therefore, RE/MAX Centras – a real estate company is introduced to be one of the best candidates to use biometric mice to keep its high position in real estate sector. This master thesis also covers the current situation emerging in Lithuanian real estate market; increasing unemployment rate. Moreover, factors which stimulate work efficiency, and also those, which create stress at work, are analyzed. Also, the biometric mouse and the principles under which it operates are defined. Empirical part presents the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, according to which recommendations how to increase the efficiency of work are stated. Thereafter, the portrait of the program which uses the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs to increase the efficiency of work is introduced. After the analysis on Maslow’s intellectual system is done, the conclusions of the work paper are presented. This master thesis covers 7 chapters: the introduction, thereafter, defining RE/MAX – real estate company and the review of real estate market situation in Lithuania, furthermore, the biometric mouse and increasing work efficiency in RE/MAX company, also, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs intellectual system and increasing company’s efficiency, finally, conclusions, list of literature.
