Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos statybos projektų vėlavimo priežastys, jų atsiradimo aplinkybės, nagrinėjamas poveikis statybos projektui. Statybos projektų vėlavimas yra gana aktuali problema, kuri gali lemti projekto biudžeto padidėjimą, darbų kokybės suprastėjimą ir, svarbiausia, projektas nebus baigtas numatytu laiku.Praktinėje darbo dalyje buvo atliekama apklausa, kuria nustatytos pagrindinės statybos projektų vėlavimo priežastys ir jų įtakos dydis. Anketa buvo paruošta dviem kalbomis: lietuvių bei anglų ir buvo tiriamos bei palygintos tarpusavyje Lietuvos ir Norvegijos statybos rinkos.Darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė dalis, praktinė dalis, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai.Darbo apimtis - 51 p. teksto be priedų, 9 paveikslai, 9 lentelės, 25 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskriai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the final research paper there are analyzed reasons of delay in construction projects, their circumstances of occurrence the and the impact on construction projects. Delays of construction projects are quite relevant problem, which can lead to an increase of the project budget, quality deterioration of work and most importantly the project will not be completed in time.In the practical part there was prepared questionnaire, which helped to identify the main causes of delay in construction projects and their size of impact with them. The questionnaire was prepared in two languages: Lithuanian and English and it was tested and compared with each other, Lithuanian and Norwegian construction market.The paper consists of the introduction, theoretical part, conclusions, sources appendix and supplements.The volume of the paper is 51 pages without supplements, 9 illustrations, 9 tables, 25 bibliographical sources.Work supplements are included separately.
