Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas lokomotyvų 2M62K variklių 2-62DG-01 remonto apimties pagrįstumas, nuvažiavus AB „Lietuvos geležinkeliai” (LG) nustatytą ridą iki trečiojo einamojo remonto (ER-3). Remonto apimties pagrįstumas nagrinėjamas variklio pagrindinių detalių dilimo kontekste. Išmatuoti alkūninio veleno pagrindinių ir švaistiklinių kakliukų, cilindrų ir stūmoklių skersmenys, apskaičiuoti tarpeliai tarp cilindrų ir stūmoklių. Gauti duomenys palyginti su gamintojo nustatytomis leistinomis reikšmėmis. Pagal surinktus duomenis sudaryti matematinės statistikos modeliai. Remiantis šiais modeliais, padarytos išvados. Darbo apimtis - 61 p. teksto be priedų, 24 iliustr., 19 lent. Priedai pateikti darbo pabaigoje.
The graduation paper analyzes cost-efficiency of repairs of 2-62DG-01 engines of 2M62K locomotives after running the mileage fixed by AB „Lietuvos Geležinkeliai” until the third current repairs (CR-3). Cost-efficiency of the scope of repairs is analyzed within the context of wear of the main engine components. Diameters of a crankshaft, main and crank pins, cylinders and pistons were measured, and spaces between cylinders and pistons were calculated. The data obtained was compared with the permissible values fixed by the manufacturer. According to the data collected, mathematical statistic models were drawn up. Based on these models, conclusions were made. The scope of the paper - 61 pages of text without annexes, 24 illustrations, 19 tables. Annexes are provided at the end of the paper.
