Akustinio Vilniaus miesto komforto tyrimas

Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama Vilniaus miesto aplinkos kokybė akustinio komforto aspektu. Miesto rajonų struktūra ir jos elementų išdėstymas veikia gyvenamosios aplinkos akustinį komfortą. Vieno rajono pavyzdžiu išnagrinėta teritorijos struktūra, jos suplanavimo ir įrengimo įtaka akustinio komforto lygiui gyvenamojoje aplinkoje. Remiantis gyventojų anketinės apklausos rezultatais, įvertinti pagrindiniai triukšmo šaltiniai ir kiti akustinį komfortą veikiantys aplinkos faktoriai. Iki šiol akustinė aplinkos būklė buvo vertinama pagal išmatuoto triukšmo lygio leistinų normų atitikimą. Miesto akustiniam komfortui apibūdinti siūlomas naujas, paremtas gyventojų nuomone, rodiklis - komfortas vertinamas balais. Remiantis UAB „RAIT” 2005 m. tyrimo duomenimis, nustatyti visų Vilniaus rajonų akustinio komforto lygiai pavaizduoti grafiškai. Pateiktos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro šios dalys: Įvadas, 1. Sveikas miestas, 2. Triukšmo problematika, 3. Akustinio komforto tyrimas, Išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 75 p. teksto be priedų, 34 iliustr., 2 lent., 26 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final project deals with the environmental quality of Vilnius from the aspect of acoustic comfort. The structure of city districts and layout of its elements affect the acoustic comfort of a living environment. The structure of the territory, the influence of its planning and arrangement on the acoustic comfort level in the living environment was analyzed on the grounds of one district taken as an example. The assessment of the major sources of noise and other environmental factors having effect on acoustic comfort was based on the results of population survey. Up to present the environmental condition was assessed according to conformity of the measured level of noise to tolerable standards. A new indicator based on the opinion of the inhabitants is suggested for describing the acoustic comfort of the city, i.e. assessment of comfort by scale point. In accordance with the research data of UAB „RAIT” as of 2005 the levels of acoustic comfort of all the districts of Vilnius have been determined and presented in a graphic way. The final project is provided with conclusions and suggestions.The project is comprised of the following parts: Introduction, 1. Healthy city, 2. Problems of noise, 3. Acoustic comfort research, Conclusions and suggestions, Reference literature. Volume of project: 75 pages excluding supplements, 34 illustrations, 2 tables, 26 bibliographical sources.
