Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas kokybės vadybos sistemos naudojimo ISO 9001 efektyvumo problematika pramonės sektoriaus įmonėse. Pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė siekiant išsiaiškinti teorinius ISO 9001 ir kokybės vadybos teorinius aspektus. Atlikti kokybiniai turimai, kurių pirmasis skirtas pramonės įmonių patirčiai identifikuoti ir antrasis - verslo konsultantų giluminis interviu, kuriuo siekiama identifikuoti patirtinius rekomenduotinus efektyvumo gerinimo sprendimus. Gauti duomenys išanalizuoti bei aprašyti.Remiantis nagrinėta literatūra bei atliktais tyrimais pateiktas kokybės vadybos sistemos diegimo ir tolimesnio taikymo efektyvumo gerinimo modelis pramonės įmonėms.Darbą sudaro trys dalys: įvadas, teoriniai aspektai, empiriniai tyrimai, modelis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.
The final master's thesis analyzes the effectiveness of the ISO 9001 quality management system in industrial sector companies. An analysis of the scientific literature is presented in order to clarify the theoretical aspects of ISO 9001 and quality management. Qualitative interviews have been carried out, the first of which is aimed at identifying the experience of industrial companies and the second is an in-depth interview of business consultants, which aims to identify experiential recommended solutions for improving efficiency. The obtained data are analyzed and described.Based on the analyzed literature and the conducted research, the model for improving the efficiency of the implementation and further application of the quality management system for industrial companies is presented.The work consists of three parts: introduction, theoretical aspects, empirical research, model, conclusions and proposals, list of references.
