Baigiamajame magistro darbe išanalizuota ir susisteminta investicijų portfelio sudarymo ir valdymo mokslinė literatūra. Šiame darbe autorius nustatė ir ištyrė investicijų portfelio sudarymo ir valdymo etapus, aptarė pagrindines techninės ir fundamentinės analizės ypatybes, taip pat aptarė pagrindines naudojamas strategijas investicijų portfelio formavimui. Ištyrus mokslinę literatūrą iš pasirinktų Europoje veikiančių įmonių, atlikta jų techninė ir fundamentinė analizė ir sudarytas investicijų portfelis. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius investicijų portfelio sudarymo ir valdymo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. Tikimasi, kad šio darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai, paremti mokslinės literatūros analizės ir praktinio įgyvendinamumo pagrindu, bus naudingi kiekvienam inevstuotojui, siekiančiam didesnės nei vidutinės grąžos iš sudaryto investicijų portfelio.Darbą sudaro šios dalys: įvadas, investicijų portfelio kaip finansinės priemonės sudarymo sąvoka ir istorinė raida, teoriniai investicijų portfelio sudarymo ir valdymo aspektai, investicijų portfelio sudarymas ir valdymas veikiančiose akcijų rinkose, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 65 p. teksto be priedų, 13 iliustr., 10 lent., 67 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai
The Master's thesis examines and systemizes the scientific literature on the investment portfolio formation and management. In this research, the Author has identified and analyzed the stages of the investment portfolio formation, the main features of the technical and the fundamental analysis and the main strategies for the investment portfolio formation. Following the analysis of the scientific literature, the fundamental and the technical analyses of the selected European companies have been conducted and the investment portfolio has been formed. After considering portfolio investments in all its aspects, conclusions and appendixes are presented at the end of the Master's theses. It is expected that scientific recommendations made on the basis of the analysis of the theoretical study and empiric research data will be helpful for all investors in order to create their personal investment portfolio that will bring higher than average rate of return.Structure: introduction, the concept of portfolio formation and the historical development of a portfolio as a financial instrument, theoretical aspects of investment portfolio formation and management, real investment portfolio formation and management, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 65 p. text without appendixes, 13 figures, 10 tables, 67 bibliographical entries.Separated appendixes are included in this paper.
