Blokų grandinės taikymas nekilnojamojo turto srityje
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama blokų grandinės technologija ir jos taikymas nekilnojamojo turto sektoriuje. Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariama blokų grandinės technologijos raida, taikymas nekilnojamajame turto srityje. Praktinėje dalyje analizuojami užsienio ekspertų atlikti tyrimai, taip pat atlikta kokybinė ekspertų apklausos analizė bei kiekybinė anketinė apklausos analizė. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius blokų grandinės technologijos taikymo nekilnojamojo turto srityje aspektus pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas; blokų grandinės technologijos samprata ir veikimas; blokų grandinės taikymo nekilnojamojo turto sektoriuje rezultatų analizė; išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 72 p. teksto be priedų, 20 pav., 19 lent., 41 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami 3 darbo priedai.
The final master thesis deals with the Blockchain technology and its application in the real estate sector. The theoretical part of the work discusses the development of Blockchain technology, its application in the real estate field. In the practical part, the analysis of foreign experts is analyzed, as well as a qualitative analysis of the experts survey and a quantitative analysis of the questionnaire survey. After analyzing the theoretical and practical aspects of the application of Blockchain technology in the real estate field, the conclusions and suggestions of the final work are presented.Structure: introduction; the concept and operation of the blockchain technology; analysis of the results of the Blockchain application in the real estate sector; conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 72 p. text without appendixes, 20 pictures, 19 tables, 41 bibliographical entries.Separately attached 3 work attachments.
