Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuoti paslaugų organizacijų daugiakanalio marketingo taikymo galimybių vertinimo teorinius aspektus mokslinėje literatūroje, sukurtas, ištirtas ir įvertintas teorinis paslaugų organizacijų galimybių daugiakanalio marketingo taikymo per suvokiamas vartotojų vertes modelis. Siekiant įvertinti paslaugų organizacijų daugiakanalio marketingo taikymo galimybes vartotojų požiūriu sukurta anketinė vartotojų apklausa. Atsižvelgiant į magistro darbo teorinės dalies rezultatą - parengtą teorinį daugiakanalio marketingo modelį, iškeltos ir patikrintos empirinio tyrimo hipotezės. Išnagrinėjus teorinius daugiakanalio marketingo aspektus, išanalizavus vartotojų anketos atsakymus ir patikrinus hipotezes, pateiktos pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, teorinė dalis, tyrimo metodika, rezultatų analizė, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 67 p. teksto be priedų, 5 iliustr., 18 lent., 98 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the final master's thesis the theoretical aspects of evaluation of service organizations 'multichannel marketing application possibilities in the scientific literature were analyzed, the theoretical model of service organizations' possibilities of multichannel marketing application through perceived consumer values was developed, researched and evaluated. In order to evaluate the application possibilities of multichannel marketing of service organizations from the point of view of consumers, a questionnaire survey of consumers was created. Taking into account the result of the theoretical part of the master's thesis - the developed theoretical model of multi-channel marketing, the hypotheses of the empirical research were raised and tested. After analyzing the theoretical aspects of multi-channel marketing, analyzing the answers to the consumer questionnaire and testing the hypotheses, the conclusions and suggestions of the final work were presented.Structure: introduction, theoretical part, research methodology, analysis of results, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 67 p. text without appendixes, 5 pictures, 18 tables, 98 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
