LEAN diegimo ir naudojimo problemų tyrimas Lietuvos metalo apdirbimo pramonės įmonėse

Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra nagrinėjamos LEAN diegimo ir naudojimo problemos Lietuvos metalo apdirbimo pramonės įmonėse. Analizuojama LEAN sistema kaip ideologija, nagrinėjami atskiri sistemos įrankiai ir metodai. Tiriama, kokios pagrindinės problemos kyla šios pramonės šakos įmonių gamybos procesuose, kaip, naudojant LEAN sistemą, ji gali padėti šias problemas spręsti bei kokie trikdžiai gali trukdyti sėkmingai ir sklandžiai įdiegti LEAN sistemą ir jos įrankius. Teorinėje darbo dalyje atlikta mokslinių darbų analizė, kuriuose analizuojama gamybos proceso samprata, jo organizavimo principai, LEAN gamybos principai ir tobulinimo įrankiai bei metodai. Empirinis tyrimas atliktas analizuojant anketinės apklausos būdu surinktus duomenis apie tyrime dalyvavusių įmonių LEAN sistemos diegimo ir naudojimo rezultatus. Gauti rezultatai apibendrinti, remiantis turimais duomenimis ir moksline literatūra. Remiantis tyrimu buvo sukurtas veiklos tobulinimo modelis. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, gamybos proceso tobulinimo teorinių teiginių analizė, LEAN diegimo ir naudojimo problemų tyrimas Lietuvos metalo apdirbimo pramonės įmonėse, gamybos problemų nustatymo ir LEAN diegimo tobulinimo modelis, išvados ir pasiūlymaiDarbo apimtis - 87 p. teksto be priedų, 39 iliustracijos, 9 lentelės , 52 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the Final Master's Thesis, the problems of LEAN implementation and use in Lithuanian metal processing industry companies are analyzed. The LEAN system is analyzed as an ideology, as well as the individual tools and methods of the system are investigated. It examines the main problems in the production processes of companies in this industry, how using the LEAN system can help solve these problems, and what disruptions can hinder the successful and smooth implementation of the LEAN system and its tools. In the theoretical part of the work, the analysis of scientific works is performed, in which the concept of the production process, its organization principles, LEAN production principles and improvement tools and methods are analyzed. The empirical research was performed by analyzing the data collected by means of a questionnaire on the results of the implementation and use of the LEAN system of the companies participating in the research. The obtained results are summarized on the basis of available data and scientific literature. Based on the study, a performance improvement model was developed.Structure: introduction, analysis of theoretical statements of production process improvement, research of LEAN implementation and use problems in Lithuanian metal processing industry enterprises, model of production problem identification and LEAN implementation improvement, conclusions and suggestions.Thesis consist of: 87 pages of text without annex, 39 pictures, 9 tables, 52 bibliographical entries.
