XXI amžiuje, dėl politinių arba asmeninių poreikių, žmonės turi emigruoti į kitas šalis, kuriose jiems tenka adaptuotis. Deja, dėl skirtingų požiūriu, kultūrų ar tradicijų, tarp žmonių atsiranda trintis ir netolerancija, kuri dažnai virsta karu. Todėl architektai pradėjo kurti apjungiančias skirtingų tautų šventyklas arba šventyklų kompleksus tam, kad pati religija primintų žmogui, jog mes esame visi broliai ir seserys, ir turime vertinti, gerbti ir mylėti vienas kitą, nepriklausomai nuo musų rasės, odos spalvos arba kultūros. Tarpkonfesinės šventyklos projektuojamos vietose, kur gyvena daug skirtingų religijų atstovų. Kaip pavyzdys - studentų bendrabučiai, kur gyvena iš skirtingų šalių atvykę studentai.Šiame darbe ypač propaguojami taikos, tolerancijos ir pagarbos bruožai tarp skirtingų tikėjimų ir žmonių tautų.
In the 21st century, political or personal needs mean that people have to emigrate to other countries where they have to adapt. Unfortunately, different attitudes, cultures or traditions cause friction and intolerance between people, which often leads to war. That is why architects have started to build temples or temple complexes that unite different peoples, so that religion itself can remind people that we are all brothers and sisters, and that we should value, respect and love each other, regardless of our race, colour or culture. Interfaith temples are designed in places where many different religions live. An example is student halls of residence, where students from different countries live.This work particularly promotes the characteristics of peace, tolerance and respect between different faiths and peoples.
