Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama tvarios gamybos samprata, identifikuojami pagrindiniai tvarumo principai bei elementai. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize, sudaryta ir aprašyta tvarumo situacijos baldų įmonėse tyrimo ir esminių modelio sudedamųjų dalių nustatymo metodika. Atlikus emipirnį tyrimą, išskirtos tvarios gamybos diegimo modelio prielaidos ir elementai. Pagal gautus rezultatus sudarytas tvarios gamybos diegimo modelis pritaikytas baldų pramonės įmonėms. Pateiktos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro šešios dalys: įvadas, teorinė analizė, metodologija, tyrimo rezultatai ir diegimo modelis, išvados, literatūros sąrašasDarbo apimtis - 58 p. teksto be priedų, 14 iliustr., 9 lent., 74 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The master's thesis examines the concept of sustainable manufacturing, identifies the main principles and elements of sustainability. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, a methodology for researching the sustainability situation in furniture companies and determining the essential components of the model has been compiled and described. As a result of the empiric research, the assumptions and elements of the sustainable manufacturing implementation model have been identified. Based on the obtained results, the sustainable manufacturing implementation model was adapted to furniture industry enterprises. The conclusions of the thesis are presented.The thesis consists of 6 parts: introduction, literature review, methodology, research results and implementation model, conclusions, list of references.The thesis consists of 58 pages of text without appendices, 14 illustrations, 9 tables, 74 references. Annexes are attached separately.
