Kompleksinis gyvenamųjų teritorijų atnaujinimas Lietuvoje ir kitose ES šalyse

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama nusidėvėjusių pastatų ir jų aplinkos, kvartalų, mikrorajonų atnaujinimo, pritaikymo šiandieniniams gyventojų poreikiams problematika. Tyrimo objektas - kompleksinis Lietuvos ir kitų Europos Sąjungos šalių gyvenamųjų teritorijų atnaujinimas. Darbe analizuojama pastatų ir kompleksinio teritorijų atnaujinimo praktika Lietuvoje ir kitose Europos Sąjungos šalyse, pateikiami siūlymai Lietuvai atnaujinimo problemoms spręsti.Analizuojamos pagrindinių sąvokų: gyvenamasis rajonas (kvartalas), pastato atnaujinimas (modernizavimas), statinio rekonstravimas, statinio kapitalinis remontas reikšmės. Akcentuojama, jog kompleksinio gyvenamųjų teritorijų atnaujinimo teikiama nauda atitinka tris pagrindines darnios plėtros dimensijas: ekonominę, ekologinę ir socialinę.Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, trys skyriai, išvados.Darbo apimtis: 60 p. teksto be priedų, 20 paveikslų, 2 lentelės, 69 literatūros šaltiniai bei 2 priedai.
The final master thesis focuses on the issues of renovation of worn buildings and their environment, as well as residential areas and housing estates and adaptation thereof to the present-day needs of residents. The object of the research is complex renovation of residential areas of Lithuania and other European Union Member States. The thesis analyses the practice of renovation of buildings and complex renovation of areas in both Lithuania and European Union countries, and gives recommendations concerning the solution of renovation problems in Lithuania.The key concepts such as a residential area, renovation (modernisation) of a building, reconstruction and capital repair of a construction works are explored. Benefits provided by complex renovation of residential areas are in line with three main dimensions of sustainable development: economic, ecological and social.Thesis structure: 5 parts: introduction, three chapters, conclusions.Thesis length: 60 p. of text excluding appendixes, 20 figures, 2 tables, 69 bibliographical entries and 2 appendixes.
