Development of International Manufacturing Relations in the Furniture Industry
Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojami iššūkiai, su kuriais susiduria gamybos pramonė, vykstant internacionalizacijos procesui. Pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė, apžvelgiami ankstesnių tyrimų rezultatai. Tyrimo tikslas - sukurti modelį, kaip išspręsti baldų pramonės internacionalizacijos iššūkius. Buvo atlikta baldų pramonės įmonių anketinė apklausa. Gauti duomenys buvo išanalizuoti ir pateikti. Išanalizavus praktinius ir teorinius baldų pramonės iššūkių pokyčių aspektus, buvo sukurtas ir pristatytas modelis, kurį baldų gamybos pramonė gali pritaikyti sėkmingam internalizavimui.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, teorinės literatūros apžvalga, metodika, rezultatai, baldų pramonės internacionalizacijos iššūkių sprendimas, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai
The final master's thesis analyzes the challenges faced by the manufacturing industries in the internationalization process. An analysis of the scientific literature is presented and also the results of previous research are reviewed. The aim of the research is to develop a model to solve the challenges of the internationalization of the furniture industry. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the furniture industries. The obtained data were analyzed and reported. After analyzing the practical and theoretical aspects of the changes in furniture industry challenges, a model was developed and presented, which can be adapted by the Furniture manufacturing industry for successful internalization.The work consists of Introduction, Literature review based on theoretical aspects, Methodology, Results, Model for facing the challenges in the internationalization of furniture industries, conclusions, and suggestions, Literature references and annexures.
