Apleistos pramoninės vietovės klausimas yra aktualus visoje Europoje, nes, čia tapo nebenaudojami daug pramoninės paskirties statinių, kurių konversijos problematika nagrinėjama magistro darbe.Darbą sudaro įvadas, 4 dalys, išvados ir iliustracijos.Pirmojoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjamos pasaulinės miestų plėtros tendencijos, darnaus miestų vystimosi svarba. Analizuojama apleistų pramoninių vietovių problematika, pramonės paveldo klausimas. Aptariama pramoninių teritorijų vertė ir turistinis potencialas, jų konversijos teikiamos galimybės, konversijos dalyviai, jos valdymo struktūra, finansavimo mechanizmai ir specifinės marketingo strategijos.Antrojoje dalyje aprašomi pramoninių vietovių panaudojimo galimybės ir būdaiTrečiojoje dalyje pateikiami apleistų pramoninių vietovių novatoriško panaudojimo miesto kontekste pavyzdžiai užsienyje ir Lietuvoje.Ketvirtoje dalyje pateikta dalinai apleistos pramoninės vietovės koncepcinė sąmata.Darbo apimtis - 59 p. teksto be priedų, 17 pav., 62 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The matter of neglected industrial districts is urgent all over Europe as there is a large number of neglected industrial buildings and the problem of their conversion is analyzed in this Master degree thesis.The thesis consists of the introduction, 4 parts, conclusions and figures.The first part of the thesis deals with worldwide trends of urban expansion and the importance of harmonious development of cities. The problem of neglected industrial districts is analyzed there as well as the question of industrial heritage. The value and tourist potential of industrial territories is discussed there as well as possibilities proposed by their conversion, the participants of conversion, the structure of its management, mechanisms of financing and special strategies of marketing.The second part of the thesis deals with the possibilities and ways of employment of neglected industrial districts.The third part deals with the examples of innovative employment of neglected industrial districts abroad and in Lithuania.The forth part presents a conceptual estimate of a partially neglected industrial district.The volume of the thesis is 59 pages; there are 17 figures in the thesis.
