Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama inovacinės veiklos plėtra. Analizuojama inovacijų ir inovacinės veiklos samprata, aplinkos veiksnių įtaka inovacijų plėtrai. Išnagrinėta inovacinės veiklos plėtra Lietuvoje ir Europos Sąjungoje. Įvertinama Lietuvos įmonių inovacinė veikla tarptautiniame kontekste. Suformuluoti pagrindiniai veiksniai, kurie turi įtakos inovacinei veiklos plėtrai. Nagrinėjama inovacinės veiklos plėtra chemijos pramonės šakoje. Analizuojamas chemijos pramonės sektoriaus eksportas. Atliekamas inovacinės veiklos plėtros ir ją lemiančių veiksnių tyrimas Lietuvos chemijos pramonės įmonėse. Pateikiamos inovacinės veiklos plėtros skatinimo priemonės. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius inovacinės veiklos plėtros aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro keturios dalys: įvadas, teorinė analizė, praktinė dalis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 84 p. teksto be priedų, 58 iliustr., 6 lent., 33 bibliografinių šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
