The final master's thesis deals with the investigation of the properties of lower cement content tile adhesives with a substitute for foam glass granules instead of partial sand and the compliance of these adhesives with the essential requirements of the standard LST EN 12004.The theoretical part presents the analysis of the literature, general knowledge about construction mixtures, tile adhesive mixtures, raw materials used for the production of tile adhesive mixtures, admixtures increasing and improving the plasticity of tile adhesive mixture, operating parameters, mixture rheological properties, tile adhesive test methodology. The experimental part describes the tests and results obtained with the selected adhesive mixture with the white Portland cement CEM I 52.5 R and the aggregate, lime, water and admixtures of fine sand and sand substitute foam granules used. The compliance of the selected composition of tile adhesive samples with the essential requirements of the standard LST EN 12004 according to the tensile strength of the adhesion, vertical slip was investigated in the work. Studies were performed on the flowability, flexural and compressive strength of the mixture, capillary, vacuum and long-term water uptake. The analysis of the test results is performed and recommendations are formulated in the final thesis.
