Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe yra nagrinėjamas gamybos tobulinimo metodologijų diegimas orlaivių komponentų gamybos įmonėse. Analizuojami teisės aktai ir galima jų įtaka Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos orlaivių komponentų gamybos įmonių tobulinimo procesams. Nagrinėjami esami gamybos tobulinimo diegimo modeliai ir jų pritaikymo galimybės orlaivių komponentų gamyboje. Darbe yra pateikiami aviacijos įmonėse atliktos anketinės apklausos empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Atlikta atvejo analizė, ištirta konkrečios Lietuvos orlaivių komponentų gamybos įmonės veikla ir kylančios problemos. Nustatyti pagrindiniai veiksniai, turintys įtakos orlaivių komponentų gamybos įmonių procesų tobulinimui. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais pateiktas gamybos proceso tobulinimo diegimo modelis orlaivių komponentų gamybos įmonėms bei pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, orlaivių komponentų gamybos procesų tobulinimo teoriniai aspektai, orlaivių komponentų gamybos tobulinimo metodologijų empiriniai tyrimai, orlaivių komponentų gamybos procesų tobulinimo modelis, išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 68 p. teksto, be priedų, 31 iliustr., 9 lent., 45 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. The final master thesis analyzes the implementation of manufacturing improvement methodology in aircraft component manufacturing companies. An overview of legislation and its possible impact on the aircraft components manufacturing companies in Lithuania and Europe Union. Analyzed existing production improvement implementation models and their application possibilities in the manufacturing of aircraft components. The results of the research of improvement of the surveyed aviation companies are presented in the thesis. The activities of a one of Lithuanian aircraft components manufacturing company and emerging problems are analyzed. The main factors influencing the improvement of the manufacturing processes in aircraft component manufacturing companies have been identified. Based on the results of the research, a model for the implementation of manufacturing process improvement for aircraft component manufacturing companies is presented and provided the conclusions and recommendations.The thesis consists of: introduction, theoretical aspects of improvement proceses of aircraft component manufacturing, empirical research of aircraft component manufacturing improvement methodologies, improvment model of aircraft component manufacturing processes, conclusions and suggestions.Thesis consist of 68 pages without annexes, 31 pictures, 9 tables, 45 bibliographical sources.Separately attached accessories.
